Vít completed the PERSONA online education programme and a 40-hour practical internship on a farm. The experience encouraged him to think more deeply about the different possibilities offered by agriculture and allowed him to observe how a farmer can manage the entire process, from production directly on the farm to the final sale. He particularly valued gaining practical knowledge in a farming environment that was new to him.
