Štěpán completed his internship at the Bílek family farm, where he mainly worked with animals and supported different activities required for the everyday operation of the farm. The experience allowed him to connect theoretical learning with practical tasks, improve his ability to work as part of a team and better understand the realities of agricultural work. He also valued meeting new people and gaining direct experience in a professional farming environment.
