Rebeka joined PERSONA to connect her interest in food science with practical experience and to develop her professional skills. During the project, she experimented with coffee by testing different flavours and combinations of ingredients and collaborated with participants from different countries. The experience introduced her to new cultures and ways of working, while strengthening her knowledge, practical abilities and communication skills through international cooperation.
