As the PERSONA project reaches the end of its journey, this final video brings together some of the key moments shared by partners, learners and stakeholders across Europe.
Throughout the project, PERSONA explored how personalised learning, micro-credentials and Human-AI collaboration can support innovation in agricultural education and training. The project also connected online learning with practical work-based experiences, allowing learners to develop skills in real agricultural settings.
The PERSONA Ambassadors played a central role in this journey. Through their experiences in Spain, Italy, Slovenia and the Czech Republic, they shared how the project supported their learning, professional growth and understanding of innovation in agriculture.
Although the project is coming to an end, its learning platform, educational resources, micro-credentials approach and learner experiences will remain available for continued promotion, use and cooperation.
