Paolo is studying Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the University of Perugia and has been passionate about agriculture since childhood. Through PERSONA, he explored agricultural financial management and software tools that support production and farm management. The experience strengthened his understanding of how tradition and innovation can be combined, while valuing local resources and adopting new technologies and approaches.
