Nicolò is a Master’s student in Management and Italian Food Culture at the University of Perugia. PERSONA combined approximately 120 hours of online learning and quizzes with a 40-hour company internship. Hosted by Top Melon in Pantalla, he gained experience in both field-based agricultural activities and marketing, helping him understand how the different operational and commercial areas of an agricultural business work together.
