Manca participated in PERSONA to gain knowledge and practical experience related to agriculture and the food industry. During the project, she helped prepare different matcha-based drinks and explored new ingredients, flavours and preparation methods. She also valued meeting participants from other countries and learning about areas such as sustainability and agriculture. She recommends the experience to other students as an opportunity to acquire practical skills, new knowledge and international perspectives.
