Hugo completed his practical experience at a family farm in Chornice, in the Pardubice Region, specialising in beef cattle farming. By supporting daily activities and learning how the farm operates, he developed a better understanding of the responsibility required to manage an agricultural business. The experience also strengthened his teamwork, communication and organisational skills and connected practical farm work with PERSONA topics such as technology and financial planning.
